1.5. By using the services of the Porto Center, by making a service reservation, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1.6. Personal data collected by the Porto Center is processed in accordance with the 2016 April 27 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) this Privacy Policy and other data protection laws.

5. Use of Personal Information

5.1.We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • handling orders, registration, inquiries,

  • providing the services you have subscribed to - managing access to the services, sending newsletters (if you have given your consent to such provision),

  • by sending you information about the goods and services we provide (if you have given your consent to receive such information),

  • sending you job posting information if you have subscribed to such a service on our job posting website.

5.2.We also use aggregated personal data of yours (so that it is not possible to identify a specific username, surname or title):

  • to describe a portrait of customers,

  • in cooperation with advertising agencies,

5.3.We undertake never to transfer your personal data to any unrelated third parties, except in the following cases:

  • if you consent to the disclosure of Personal Data;

  • when providing services - to our partners who provide press delivery or other services you have ordered. 6. Direct marketing

6.3. You have the right to access your personal data, to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes without giving reasons, and to request in writing the correction of incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate personal data.

7. Information storage terms

7.1. We will protect your personal information to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your data will be stored for a maximum of 3 years from the time you last logged in to your booking account, register for events or receive services, and for direct marketing purposes, for a maximum of 3 years, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Your rights

8.1. You have the right to get acquainted with your Personal Data by submitting an identity document (a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Lithuania, an identity card, a driving license must be submitted to confirm your identity). In order to find out what personal data we have collected or received and from what sources, for what purposes they are processed, to which recipients they have been provided and provided for at least the last 1 (one) year, or whether all your personal data is complete and correct, you must contact us from the email address that was provided to us. Upon receipt of such a request, we will answer whether the Personal Data relating to you is processed and provide the requested data no later than within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request. Under this point, data shall be provided free of charge once per calendar year.

8.2.You also have the right to:

  • request the correction of your personal data when they are inaccurate and / or incomplete;

  • request that the processing of your personal data be restricted until we have verified the accuracy of that data. In this case, during the restriction period of personal data processing, you will not be able to purchase our goods and / or services;

  • request access to our automatically processed personal data in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format. Under this point, data shall be provided free of charge once per calendar year.
